August 15-16 Willow foraging bag 

Head into the woods with your own, handwoven willow foraging bag! Come make a willow basket with Beth Bridgeman. 
In this 2-day workshop, you will learn to weave with willow, making a stake and strand foraging bag that you can use for many years. On the first day, you will learn how to make an oval base, insert stakes, weave the upsett, and begin weaving the sides, using the French rand method. On the second day, you will continue the weaving, weaving to the top of the bag, complete the border and add a leather carrying strap. 9am-3pm each day. $325 including all materials. All tools provided.
