We’re Hiring a Director! 

The Agraria Center for Regenerative Practice is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This full-time leadership role oversees all aspects of Agraria’s work—from strategic planning and fundraising to program development, financial management, and community engagement.

We’re looking for someone who has experience: leading nonprofit organizations, generating significant revenue and fundraising large dollar amounts, inspiring and supporting a team of staff, volunteers, and partners. The candidate should believe in the power of regenerative agriculture, be passionate about community building and ecological stewardship and thrive in both office and outdoor farm settings.

Full-time, salaried position (salary negotiable)
Includes on-site, regional, and flexible work
